Refunds are only possible if the item was returned during delivery. The buyer will receive a store gift certificate only upon return.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the products purchased from our online store, Expanse Shop, you can return them within 3 days of receiving your order and receive a store gift certificate in exchange.
